Pros
- Nice view. Company is placed in one of the tallest building in Cancún, and being in the fourth floor, helps with the nicest view of the city. - Good working environment. Everyone is eager to help you with anything you need, not much negativity or envy from your colleagues.
Cons
- Bad managment. - IT Department managment not evaluationg everything made or asked to make. - There's no process for every change or new product the directors ask. - Low salaries. - No QA, changes are being made in production. - No use of any version control system.
