Pros
Great health and vacation benefits. Great general manager. Friendly coworkers on the "frontline and trenches" level, as described by a lead who prefers to "relax and observe from afar".
Cons
Manipulative mid tier management and questionable HR lead who uses scare tactics and twists peoples words, which is very unethical. Vague statements given as answers when people ask honest questions on the direction of projects or the company as a whole. Lots of people given titles and promotions without merit or quality work to back it up. Those same people take the credit from the ones who actually put in effort and do passionate work, most noticeable from the creative and strategy departments. Heavy use of buzzwords thrown around and attempts to ride trends rather than actually innovate on ideas. Claims to be about diversity, but actually canceled projects that promoted diversity in exchange for a book club. Staff is not diverse as well, which makes it difficult to feel valued or appreciated in the long run unless you are a white male.
