I was hired and then let go after 6 weeks. I was told by my manager that they are not going to set me up for success and it’s better for my own “mental health” if I don’t work there.
Not only is it illegal to let someone go for “mental health” reasons, but for a company who put so much emphasis on their core values, one being, “we care”, I surely didn’t have that experience. I never felt supported nor was even given a fair chance at my job. This says a lot about what kind of company they are. I would love to hear what the CEO has to say about this.
I would proceed with caution before accepting a job there.
