Pros
I never thought I could learn so much in a company, is sometjing that makes you feel challenged and motivated all the time. The coworkers are absolutely amazing, all of them full of energy and the empathy to help one another. The purpose of the company is too, one of the best things because knowing that your job is affecting the wellness of thousands of people is very inspiring
Cons
As a Startup, it is constantly changing so it is something you have to be able to put up with. In some cases (comercial area for example) salaries are not competitive
