We hear you. Navigating start-up growth can be challenging as we launch new forests around the country; it is increasingly fast-paced. Even as we move quickly, we’ve been excited to hire many new people and promote internally. This is very important for us as we start implementing learning & development programs, plus manager training, to ensure each one of our team members has a positive and productive career path here at BPF. As we expand, we continue to put our customers first by taking steps to protect our forests, and their memorial trees. That multi-step process includes purchasing land and committing to not develop it, seeking conservation easements, and setting up endowment funds over time, and we take this very seriously.
