      1. Poor work life balance 2. The management has very inefficient way of handling projects , there were serious eyebrows being raised in the team when things decisions were constantly being yoyed back and forth 3. Very little to no employee benefits given

      If you aren't firm, you can get sucked into a lot of different tasks. This is good if you like being involved in a lot of things. Bad if you don't know how to say no.
