      Pros

      Work from home is the only Pro I can think of

      Cons

      1. Night shifts completely 2. Very few Team leads and only 1 manager 3. HR's doesn't know anything and they redirect you to reporting manager even for the exit process 4. No goodies, no festival hampers, no gifts 5. No holidays for Indian or American festivals 6. Too much work pressure

      Amazing people. Good tech. Decent benefits. Flexible working conditions.

      Cons

      If you aren't firm, you can get sucked into a lot of different tasks. This is good if you like being involved in a lot of things. Bad if you don't know how to say no.
