      Pros

      Good trending work and great learning opportunities. You get to work on product and create impact for millions of users.

      Cons

      Not flexible with WFH and doesn't care much about employee's situations. Leaders lack empathy and leadership qualities to make team bonding strong or to even connect with team members to check up on their work satisfaction. US team sync up causes a bit of long work hours in the evening and again with strict work from office policy we need to login at 10 in the morning making it around 12 hrs of workday!

      Pros

      Travel to different store locations. On travel that requires a hotel meals are covered up to $80 a day. Mileage is reimbursed outside of 20miles from home and back.

      Cons

      You're required to have a car and it puts alot of strain on it and your body. You could be gone from home anywhere from a few days to a few months. Changes are very last minute.
