      Great Experience on how a business runs while also working with great people around you. Discount is as good as it gets

      Unrealistic goals, the kind of goals they hope someone attains is just absurd, they need to realize the market they are in. No structure, always doing something other than your job.

      Big corporation, impossible to implement new ideas that actually work, they change things based on some crazy idea from a Executive that never had any hands on experience, they make major changes out of nowhere!
