      Strong brand, competitive prices, employee discount, compensation good, field managers very in tune with their stores, overall a good company for many

      Cons

      Hours, promotional opportunities, many times it can be who you know to get roles, work, life balance, change frequently, last min changes to schedule.

      Pay, fairly easy to communicate, lot of work, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Big corporation, impossible to implement new ideas that actually work, they change things based on some crazy idea from a Executive that never had any hands on experience, they make major changes out of nowhere!
