Constant micromanagement; management makes up new rules on the spot just to get people in trouble; favoritism; the "chef" (hence the quotation marks) is the least talented, biggest moron I've ever worked with; same "specials" (again, hence the quotation marks) week after week; have to work on-call shifts; all shifts are over-staffed.
