      Everybody from the devs to the "big boss" are awesome people, easy to talk to and present for you. If you have anything to say about the company in order to make it a better place, you will be listened, this is a place where you can have new ideas about anything.

      Pros

      The team includes you in decisions. The team helps you with your problems and doesn't leave you alone. They make sure you understand the software and the problems you are solving. Possibility of moving to other projects with the same or different technologies.

      Cons

      It becomes very monotonous if you stay on the same project. The salary as a technician with a DEC is low.

      Pros

      Very friendly and supporting co-workers. Always ready and happy to help whenever I had any questions. Learned a ton during my time there. Also had delicious snacks available lol.
