I joined Arvato Bertelsmann as a consultant for reputed Cloud Computing company's inside sales project. The best part was the training and certifications provided by the company. Senior colleagues are very helpful. Learning opportunities are best.
Cons
It was really bad working with Human Resource team. There is a discrimination among employees in terms of salary. You need to discuss salary before joining, Otherwise they won't revise salary in the middle. Worst employee relations.
