      Pros

      Great Company! I always feel like my bosses care about me as a person and are vested in my professional development.

      Cons

      Because of software, firewalls and Citrix, technology use can take a lot longer to work through, especially if you are not working in the main office.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
