Flexible PTO but management pulls reports and measures against others Flexible hours are not universal There are no consistencies across the company and they continue to grow that way which is not scalable Behavior is not equally reinforced and snapping at people is tolerated (condescending, rude, ungrateful) Inconsistent expectations across teams No plan to restructure and apply consistency to billing, technology, administrative tasks. Lots of time goes into administration and could very easily be improved.
