The pros were profit sharing bonus, a focus on safety and there some hard working employees that work at this location.
Cons
The current management staff have been quitting, being fired or some cases not showing up to work for weeks at a time. Which send a bad signal that there is a problem with leadership in this location. If you think that hard work and dedication will help fet a promotion think again. Promotions are unlikely, unless if you work in Evansville, IN.
