Pros
Work/life balance. Especially when there isn’t a lot of work. Some good people.
Cons
Those good people could be Jesus, the Dalai Lama and Oprah, and it still wouldn’t make your experience here any less miserable. BR is an agency in name only. And there’s no saving it at this point. Management isn’t only incompetent, it’s delusional, which in my opinion is much worse. The Cleveland Browns have had more wins in the last three years than BR. The agency can’t win a piece of new business, and the worse part is that it seems ok with that. Pitches are lost, and the consensus is we wouldn’t change a thing. When accounts are lost, hardworking people lose their jobs while unbillable ones stay afloat. Logic is a myth here while disgusting misogyny is alive and well. I don’t have time to write a college thesis on all the problems with BR and it’s management, but I could. Google “signs of a toxic work environment” and I promise you this place checks all the boxes. To anyone who is considering working here, I know a job is a job. But this ain’t it. Avoid this place like the plague. You’d be better off getting the plague.
