Poor salary until you hit middle management level, at this point the jump is 15k which means this is normally used as a excuse as to why you are not qualified to apply for a promotion due to the salary gap. Staff turnover is super super high, I would estimate this as being roughly 15-20% per year, in an increasing fashion. No PDP's or succession planning in place, they would rather bring in less qualified individuals using external recruitment than progressing internal resources. Responsibility; one of my pros is also a con. Yes you are given workload that your manager, or manager who left was doing, however you are not rewarded or acknowledged for this, the work is just pilled up to fuel cost cutting. The saddest thing is however the HR team for almost 200+ people is only 1.5 people which reflects their attitude towards people and culture. It's sad as this is the place one could spend their life working out, however the opportunities just aren't there.
