From manager-level down, the quality and skills of the employees is very impressive. A commitment to great science enabled by a really interesting technology. Young group of people who thirst for able leadership and respect.
Cons
Disorganized Leadership. There is a clique of senior managers who rule through fear, pressure, confusion and bull-headedness that hinders the company to tap the real value of the company, their employees. Single-minded profit-oriented planning has led to extremely bad strategic planning. Flailing.
