I am expected to do my best and have worked really hard.

So far, I enjoy putting on multiple hats at this company. From Accounting to managing to working with design makes me included in the teamwork process. I have already touched 4 different projects within the span of 4 months, with continued work left to go.

I will say, the work expectations are a bit unclear. I wouldn't say this is a con, but it seems like people work on their own schedule. I don't really know who is working on what project. I still do whatever I am assigned.
