Pros

Another great thing about Bento is no bureaucracy. You can talk directly to your bosses, the drivers, the support staff, and operations directly with no formal process. This can be a good and bad thing.
Autonomy: most departments have only a few people - so in terms of autonomy - you can do what you need to do as long as you get your weekly goals accomplished.

Communication between all departments could be more organized.
Office staff and kitchen staff sometimes have different objectives and need to share those more clearly.
