      Work-life balance Flexible schedule Experienced and emphatic leaders

      Cons

      Outdated systems, mediocre platforms that make it hard to execute marketing campaigns. Lengthy processes- major disruption, creating delays. Lack of resources/ bandwidth within some departments. Organisational changes happening multiple times a year- confusing everyone.
