Pros
They close from 2:30-4:00 everyday and feed the staff. I've never seen this at a restaurant before.
Cons
The location I was training at had an infestation problem. When I brought this to the attention of the GM and Regional Manager I was then let go and told I was " overqualified" They upper management seems to operate as if they are not in America and have no respect for values or integrity. The 3 units in the area I was training at had been operating with 2 managers each for months and were not providing days off. Senior management should have stepped in to aide the managers on site.
