Pros about Benevolus are that it is an extremely fun place to work. Everyone is motivated and eager to learn new things and develop skills to further their careers. There is also a lot of room for growth and progression in the company.

I wouldn’t classify them as cons but as in any position being successful here does require hard work, dedication, and a great attitude everyday. It can be challenging at times.

i've never learned anything as valuable as what i've learned at benevolus. when it comes to real world values like integrity, management of time AND emotion, conflict resolution, and leadership -- this is the place to go. coming out of this position, i have so many useful tools to take with me no matter where i go and a confidence that i never had. just weeks into this business, i saw a change in myself when it came to maturity and self management. i held my head higher because i had a group of people around me who genuinely believed in me, my skill, my talent, and my potential. up until my last day, i knew that every single person i worked with had a faith in me that i didn't even have in myself. these are the warmest, most welcoming, friendliest people that i know i will be connected to for the rest of my life. if you want to grow, you NEED to work here.

if you don't want to work hard, don't do it. this job is incredible but don't say you want to work hard if you're not going to put your actions behind it. empty words don't mean much.
