Pros

- Very encouraging management. The sales managers were always available when I had questions or needed coaching. - Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful - if you are the type of person that can approach people with confidence and try to sell something to them, you can make a lot of money - Make your own schedule, take as many days off as you wish whenever you wish - great commission and residuals every year

Cons

- If you have hesitation with approaching people you do not know to sell them something, this job is not for you. The majority of sales are made this way and you have to be outgoing enough to do this on your own without a manager. - A lot of driving around looking for people to approach. Makes you feel like you're an old timey salesman selling vacuum cleaners. - You will deal with a lot of rejection at this job. You must be persistent.
