Benchmark Connector Response
9yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. Benchmark strives to achieve optimal levels of employee satisfaction since we know our best assets are our employees.
We continuously examine training effectiveness to try and seek better procedures for all of our new hires. As in many growing manufacturing company’s turnovers are inevitable and with that comes growing pains. We appreciate the feedback our employees give since it lets us focus our efforts on the things our employees care about. We certainly have not had as many employees resign as you have mentioned and in fact we had 4 former employees return to us in the past year. We hold our employees to a high standard; and can say we have been fortunate to have a loyal staff, many of which have been here 10-20 years.
I am sorry you feel that we were not helpful in creating a stable environment for you, but please remember that you were brought on with the hopes of becoming a supervisor. It is our responsibility to ensure the job is being done adequately, we gave you an opportunity to correct the deficiencies. Your pay was also predicated on the idea of your advancement once you were comfortable, however due to circumstances you created that time came sooner than we all would have liked. We needed you to step up into the role you were hired for. Your decision instead was to resign.
Since you were here a very short time (10 ½ weeks) I don’t think your review actually reflects the values that we have. It is in our best interest to have our employees succeed and if you would have come to us instead of putting in your resignation we could have worked together to make your experience beneficial for both of us.
