Horrible Training for a very detailed technical precise position! - Production Operator Belmark Employee Review

No training plan. Basically throw you in to watch another employee. No training plan or regimen. Machines are very technical and computer run. It's imperative to be detailed, precise and efficient so the fact that there's no real training plan and then expected me to be on my own alone after just 8 days pushed me over the edge. I quit.
