Pros
It was once considered good opportunity for freshers The CEO (who left last year December) was very cool and people love them for their decency and high thinking and used to motivate people and brightens their future. Seniors are very cool but they too preparing to leave. Nevertheless, no pros right now.
Cons
1. worst new leave policy, new reimbursement policy, 2. worse timings, you will be forced to enter by 9:30 and have to stay trapped for all day and night long. 3. Management will pressurize you to work = 4 Men work per day 4. No increments, they will keep delaying your increment, and you will find yourself fooled. 5. Disgusting management and their disgusting thoughts. 6. You are not even allowed to laugh.
