Pros

I can’t say there was any pros for working at this company

Cons

Training is terrible which in turn lead to clients paying for Bellrock’s mistakes. Zero respect for any of the staff unless they brown nose. HR department an absolute joke. The leaders in the call centre have zero clue at what they are doing. Everyone constantly lies to the clients and they certainly do not get what they pay for.

It’s disappointing to see that things didn’t work out for you. Although we are obviously grateful for the acknowledgement but without knowing where you’re worked within the organisation or even when, it’s hard to really say anything honest about what happened for you. Friendly and collaborative environment, with supportive colleagues and approachable management. Good opportunities to learn and develop skills across different areas.

Workload can occasionally be high during busy periods, and some processes could be more streamlined.
