Field Service manager will treat you very equal and fair provided you do the same. Dover, PA location is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Upper management likes to micromanage and sometimes gets in the way of what is proper.

Toxic community, I felt a lot of dissatisfaction and disappointed in the management of my training. While there the training manager I was left with went on a trip and left me for months to figure out what to do. I was down in assembly learning the machines and had stability for awhile until “Invited upstairs.” I felt abandoned because not a single email was left to give me direction in his absence. I was given a station and worked on various parts but was told I was taken to long on a refurbish even asking the supervisor for permission and if it was to be due at anytime. Other employees told me I failed because I did not come in for overtime to work on the component which was stolen from the employees then reclaimed after a class action law suit. I feel this could be a golden opportunity for anyone to learn because German made products are well built and maintained but poor quality in service is left to a family type of atmosphere. This gives more toxic environment because if you are not considered family or hug dad you are left out on your own without direction in hopes they would just leave which I believe is unprofessional.
