      Pros

      Lots of happy talk, and people drinking their own bath water. Work week is getting shorter, and employee benefits are improving, but at the expense of being responsive to market and customers.

      Cons

      You will have to play the game and be a yes-person all the way through. Creativity is not rewarded, nor is loyalty. You need to speak with forked tongue to survive under current management.

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

      Cons

      Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
