Friendly place and flexible company

Not much room for growth

The only pro is the "laidback" attitude this company has but the downfall to this is that projects get forgotten about and laziness begins to be accepted. Another possible pro is the small business environment that allows one to be 'left alone' and not bothered.

Stay away. This is a small company that is very poorly managed. Managers are manipulative and controlling. Lazy employees take advantage of the naive owners. Other employees are not asked but are EXPECTED to make-up for other peoples work.
