11moThank you for your feedback. ABA is truly a rewarding field that allows you to help children reach their goals while creating a meaningful connection with them and their families. We’re happy that you bonded with and helped some of our wonderful kids during your time with us. Concerns regarding staff support and client care are a serious matter to which we promptly address and resolve. We encourage team members to raise concerns and contact appropriate management or our HR department for assistance. The feedback and suggestions we receive help us improve communication and collaboration amongst our team to create an inclusive and welcoming environment in our community. While the position includes in-home services, our clinical and operational teams are always available to assist. For instance, our Client Service Department can assist Behavior Technicians if they need to update their availability or service location. Schedulers will use updated information to adjust a caseload and make necessary changes. Overall, communication with BTs helps us address and resolve challenges, and the feedback we receive helps us bridge any gaps. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
