Pros
I currently work at Behavior Frontiers and I love it! The region I work in has great BCBAs and other clinical staff. They are super flexible with hours which is great for students like me. They also give raises accordingly, and my hourly rate has increased to something I am more than satisfied with!
Cons
We used to have a great scheduler but he has since left. It is difficult to get time off dates despite putting them in far in advance. This has more to do with communication with the Scheduling department more than what I do in the field though.
