Behavior Frontiers Response
9yInterestingly, just like your post, we had a former case manager in Los Angeles who worked at Behavior Frontiers full-time for more than 3 years, who had this to say about Behavior Frontiers just this month: ”I have enjoyed working for Behavior Frontiers in the past six years and value my experience here. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to contribute to your mission, to develop my own professional skill sets, and to get involved in the growth of Behavior Frontiers in a variety of ways. I am truly proud of what the company has accomplished and to have been part of the team. I will be forever grateful for your continued trust in me and for seeing me as a valuable member of the company over the years.”
With regard to your Glassdoor post, we would also like to give kudos to our scheduling team! They work so hard and I love to see them getting this positive review! We are also glad that you recognized that our employees are able to have an appropriate work-life balance. This has always been important to us, which is why we keep our caseload ratios so reasonable. Additionally, at Behavior Frontiers, we have BCBAs who have made a career with us for over a decade, as well as a doctorate level BCBA on our team! We provide annual updates on company-wide goals and progress so that our team members understand how they are contributing to our mission. Our BCBA directors have experience in our field and are also provided with ongoing training to effectively perform their position. As for those who want to earn their BCBA, we offer regional study groups and ongoing mentorship. In this last testing period alone, we are proud to announce that many of our employees passed the BCBA exam and received subsequent promotions across 5 of our different regions!
Furthermore, we have a proven, successful business model, which is why we continue to open new office locations – our newest one being Temecula! With regard to daytime hours, we have many school district contracts, which allow many behavior instructors to work full-time during the day. With regard to turnover, ours is very low for management and administrative team members. In addition, our turnover for behavior instructors continues to decrease due to the implementation of new initiatives, such as our liaison program. We are constantly looking at additional ways to improve in this area through additional incentives, competitive pay and wage increases, and through our Quality Improvement Program. In the area of training, we are proud to offer comprehensive trainings across our clinical positions.
Our HR department is quite large, in that we have 4 team members available to address employee issues. As for our HR practices, they were designed with consultation from our employment attorney, who is regularly consulted on issues such as terminations. Finally, promotions to manager and supervisor in our company are based on employees reaching certain goals, such as getting their master’s degree and/or their BCBA, which we encourage through various partnerships with universities to offer discounts to our employees pursing these goals! We wish you the best in your future!
