Not worth it- owners lack decency and transparency - Server/Bartender Beer Tree Brew Employee Review

In my 6+ months of being employed to beer tree factory, i have experienced a lot of nice/ kind people and i have grown relationships with every since one of them. I get treated just like everyone else and i feel like i'm welcome, even with how young i am.

Stress when it is busy

Free beer. Large staff, so there will inevitably be and good co-workers

Many responsibilities for ownership, but no empowerment. Ownership is driven by got much money they make that particular week.
