This company will sound convincing, we welcome you, we are a leader of innovation but the reality their technology is modern but their values, outdated and artificial. If you are above 25 or female you will be treated differently in field operations no matter how much experience you have. This company is 2 months behind start up on a contract. They sent me to another state for 10 days failing to train me. When they were out of resources they blamed me for their own ignorance. I was treated like dirt, told they could train any idiot to do the job. I found out from an employee that I was fired and then the manager tried to cover his actions. They think they are a tech company but make money on transportation services. They have no clue how to run a transportation company. I have 40 years of experience but my personality did not fit with a child's. They blame the wrong people and keep the butt kissers., thus leaving them no room for improvement. They do not except difference and think they know it all. THEY WILL FADE AWAY IN 5 YEARS..THEIR ONLY HOPE..SELL THE COMPANY TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
