2016 was not a great year for Beeline. Due to a decreased revenue there were tight budgets and stress that started with executive management did make its way down to all employees. There were more lay offs seen than in any of the years prior and the culture 100% suffered. Not only were "fun" team building outings put on the back burner due to budgets but the stress really took a toll on employees. After the acquisition and merger things seemed to only become worse and a large layoff took place. I don't believe this was any one person's fault as business is business but it did seem like a good time to leave the company while it tries to find its new identity.
