      Lots to learn. Good people. Fast moving. Great benefits in the Renfrew office. Sky is the limit in terms of career progression here.

      Cons

      Chaotic at times. Definitely not a company for the shy or easily offended. Don't expect structured training - you'll be learning financial markets and technical skills on the job.

      Absolutely none, it is horrific

      Cons

      The most absolutely toxic environment I've ever experienced. A head of people who doesnt care about the people and an owner who thinks he can say whatever he wants no matter how offense. Also a share option given to staff as a benefit when it is really there to avoid people leaving in their droves at how toxic it is.
