No actual CRM (access to what they do have is restricted until you have a demo).
No lead database
No mass email tool
No click to dial
Inbound leads are not distributed.
LinkedIn is not paid for.
Calendar use is confusing/leads often hop on wrong calls.
They're using 3-4 different tools which do not help the sales process. Note taking and dialing is a very manual process. They do not practice what they preach, which is streamlined automation and efficiency (this is completely lacking in the sales dept) Lead encroachment and territory crossing is commonplace.
Most have survived here by preying on the leads that have been leftover by those who left. The Salesforce seems to be full of people with the "survive and advance" mentality.
Turnover is very high.
Business development managers and other long termed salesman are interested in themselves, not so much the company. Beware this behavior.
Long hours, redundant meetings (meetings on Fridays after 5:15) which interfere with calling hours.
No vacation until a year in, only five holidays off, working those days before the holiday too; Xmas Eve, New year's Eve, day before Thanksgiving, etc.
Lots of pressure to perform and build pipeline, with almost no tools to help.
