Becklar invests a lot in their culture. In fact a lot of my time is spent making sure culture follow their We Care FIRST mantra. They work on management development and encourage all innovation and communication. Which fosters a workplace of comfort and learning.
Cons
The insurance is not mainstream insurance which adds an element of hardship when looking to see a specialist.
