Pros
I have never worked at a Company where people genuinely are at the heart of everything they do and its not just a slogan. The CEO in particular makes that clear through his communications and approachability. There is also a lot of flexibility in how and where you can work.
Cons
There is a flat structure which can make career progression difficult, although there is still plenty of opportunity if you are willing to broaden your experience and proactively secure opportunities. There are also still some silos which can create impact efficiency but there is clearly work being done to address this.
