      Beazer feels like a family. They really want you to learn & grow within the company. Benefits are great & they genuinely care about their team members. They take feedback & really listen. Safety is their TOP priority for everyone! That is preached from the Top down!!!

      I haven’t found any yet. If you’re not ok working weekends that could be one.

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Cons

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
