      Pros

      Used to be a GREAT company to work for until about 2009/2010 or so. Phoenix office is a horrid scene, Las Vegas was WAY better.

      Cons

      The Phoenix office is full of backstabbing, egomaniacs and the only thing they care about is their bonus. It's certainly not how well they build a home. Las Vegas office is a complete 180 of this.

      -Sales Team made up of experienced professionals. -Associates can become Sales Consultants - High income potential if at a community by yourself

      - Processes are not streamlined and cohesive.

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Cons

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
