- Cannot stress more about the work-life balance (Flexible leaves and WFH) - Strong emphasis on the learnings and reviewed every quarter - Excellent engineering culture and transparency within the company - Every month team lunches - Two team outings per year - Gaming sessions and tournaments
Cons
- 16 (plus 4-8 team outing days) holidays are relatively less (option to convert WFH to holidays would make it better at the least) - non-ergonomic office chairs
