Lots of changes in the administrative structure that also incorporates new systems. While I get that they want to offer their agents new, cutting-edge technology, some of us don't have the time or energy to follow along. This is a side hustle for me, I work another job, so I keep it simple and successful! I don't have time for 20 emails in a day. It stresses me out!
