Pros
There is a lot to learn.
Most of the employees are nice and helpful.
Cons
•The CEO, Luis, is the rudest, hardest person to work with. You are expected to know everything from day one without any instruction. He literally wants you to read his mind all the time. He would scream at you in front of everyone if you ask him for direction or clarification. You can do 1000 things right, but if you make the slightest mistake, he will make sure to make you feel stupid and take it out of proportion.
•There is no organization, instructions, rules, or any guidance. The regulations get changed by the hour, and you are expected to learn them right way.
•If you are salary, you are expected to work overtime EVERY DAY!
•The two weeks of vacation time is a scam! You can't use it until you accrue it entirely, and you can't roll it over.
•You only get five holidays off, and you are not allowed to ask off for the days before or after. If you do, you don't get paid for the holiday.
•You would be in one of the most toxic places. Most of the workers are nice, but there are some that are so afraid of the CEO, so they are always waiting for an opportunity to make you look bad so that they can look good in his eyes.
