- Nice people in my department.

- Finance doesn't always pay people within the respected times outlined in their contract. I had to submit a default notice to even get their attention. - Asking people to work in the office during a global pandemic, with Belgium being among the worst affected. - No on-boarding program, leaving you to figure it out on your own. - No processes in place to development functional software, leading to complaints and unnecessary redo. - Documentation is non-existent, seems everything is done on-the-fly. - Managers not honest about why you are hired, changing the scope of work at the last minute. -Using Interns in place of hiring people for the sack of cutting cost over producing quality in each department.

Nice team spirit, the team is young and fun, very nice people! Coworkers are always willing to help.

Lack of transparency with the way I was paid. A lot of pressure on interns, and no positive feedback on our work.
