terrible management, terrible salary, toxic environment

- Working with a very diverse international team, you are encouraged to speak up and share your thoughts - something that lacks in most companies in this region. - The team works hard, but also plays VERY hard. It is expected to see the C-level team getting down on the dance floor or partying the hardest during outside of work events (pre-Covid). - During my time here, most of the team in leading roles were women, head by a fearless female CEO. You get to learn what female power is really like in the work environment and discover your own voice. - You get lots of opportunities to travel (pre-Covid) and learn about the business and industry first hand from the C-level, as there is somewhat of a flat hierarchy (not 100%, but enough).

Not really a negative, but depends on how you see it. This is a very lean team and you are expected to be open to take on tasks that are not related to your role, and you must be able to adapt and learn fast if you want to make it. This was not a problem for me, but just as a precaution so that you are aware as not many people can take it. Also, this is the travel industry, so do not expect a very good work/life balance during holidays.
