Pros
I have been working at BeMyApp for almost two years, and I cannot express enough how amazing of an experience it has been thus far. Coming out of college, it took me a few jobs - in various fields - to feel as if I belonged, and that my work was meaningful. But I found this at BeMyApp. Aside from the obvious - working with amazing, high profile clients, having the opportunity to travel across the country for events, learning how to do things professionally and with confidence (not just in my own field, but also in logistics, digital marketing, public speaking, etc.) - even more than all of this, I have the extreme pleasure of actually enjoying going to work in the mornings. This is because of the exciting working/tech/startup environment, of course, but also, and more importantly, it is because of the amazing people I am lucky enough to work with every day. BeMyApp believes in its employees, and allows them to take on large responsibilities and often unbelievably interesting projects. In the last two years I have learned more about business, and myself, than I could have ever possibly imagined. Cons
If you like to travel, this is a great opportunity. And you grow quite a bit as a person by seeing cities like NYC, BOS, CHI, and managing an event in a place that is entirely foreign to you. Sometimes, travel hours can be demanding, but this is rare. Plus: it is worth it, as the experiences are unmatched!
